Returns
We do not offer returns on custom-printed items unless the item arrives damaged or is the wrong size or color.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or 435 374-2289 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Mistake
If you received an item for another size, color, or product, please contact our customer support team to request an exchange. We will guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions.
Shipping
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
